These purpose built holiday cottages have been constructed or converted from the original farmhouse buildings and an old Welsh longhouse.
They are situated in an elevated position on the edge of Broadlay near Ferryside on the old pilgrim road to St David's Cathedral a half mile from the Three Rivers Hotel and Spa.
The cottages are Ty Canol, Pentre and Duffryn. Guests in the cottages are welcome to use all the facilities at the hotel such as the swimming pool etc.
The complex is on the local bus route which connects to Carmarthen via the Hotel and Ferryside railway station. In the opposite direction, Kidwelly and Swansea are on route.
There is generous amenity space and a country adventure play area for small accompanied children.
Only the finest local tradesmen and materials have been used for the conversion of these buildings. Fixtures and fittings all conform to modern high standards.
Rebuilt on the original site and in the style of the farmhouse using all of its salvaged stone, it contains six large en suite bedrooms, four doubles, a double plus single and a triple. They are serviced by a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining and sun room areas. A patio contains garden furniture and a BBQ.
These cottages were originally the longhouse which has been equally divided. they each have two double bedrooms downstairs witha shared bathroom. A third bedroom with an en suite bathroom is located above, together with an extra seating area. This bedroom contains a double, a single and a pull out single bed. There is ample room to accommodate this extra bed. The lounge, diner and kitchen is open plan and has modern equipment log fire and leather sofas.
The converted single storey building has a large double bedroom, a small twin suitable for children and a large bathroom with a shower over the bath. A galley kitchen and lounge/diner completes the accommodation. A patio is accessed by double doors from the lounge.
